I’m new to these beeswax and jojoba oil bags; and so far, I really like them. I purchased them for loaves of Einkorn and Kamut sourdough bread, which I’ve recently purchased. The bread is expensive and must be frozen or refrigerated and used timely, as it has no preservatives. These bags are healthy alternatives to plastic bags. I bought the XL bags, which would hold at least two whole loaves, and would be ideal for a family. I’m planning to buy smaller bags for partial loaves; so that I can divide them up and store cheese etc. too.
